Now we're on part 4, I found we had to go on a little drive to get to our next exploration, which was the beautiful and historic suburb of Stoneygate. We've wandered around and through there before, but there are so many streets I've peered down but not had an excuse to go down, until now. The plan was to hit the nearby Knighton Park but we go distracted rambling down leafy streets, so we'll save that for another day. There are some beautiful houses down the back roads, which are obscured by high trees and sat behind drive in drive out driveways. Its arguably the most expensive part of Leicester to live, and its clear to see why with houses like this. Me and Rufus wandered through Stoneygate, up to Allandale Road shops, then back down, finding an exotic ruby (a conker) on the way back. Another lovely adventure for me and my great mate.
We also built a fort when we got home.
