I'm excited to announce that as of 2nd March, I'll be joining the guys over at Absolute Design as the Senior UX Designer. I'm sad to be leaving Un.titled as I've made some great friends and learnt a lot in terms of front-end dev. I'd always wanted to work at Un.titled, ever since I first encountered them around eight years ago, so I feel really lucky to have finally achieved that dream.
In the fleeting eight months I've been here, I've worked on some interesting projects and been pushed on my technical skills, which has made me really up my game and consider how I approach building for the web. Some highlights include being a front-end dev on the new John Smedley site, working on some pure UX principals with IIMeL's application and really pushing my CSS animation with AMS.
Getting an offer of a senior position at Absolute though, and getting a chance to work with them, was just too good to turn down. Having been in the web game since 1993, I've got a lot that I can absorb from them, as well as hopefully bringing some stuff to the table, so I can't wait to get started and I'm really looking forward to working somewhere new.
That said, I'll still be leaving behind some great people and memories of my previous post, it really has been a blast.
Bye bye Un.titled.
